被子灌装生产线-无胶棉打卷生产线

化纤被子-无胶棉两用生产线由多台自动上料机（开包机），多功能混料机，开松机，梳理机，铺网机，烘箱，烫光机，冷却机，裁切打卷机，装套机组成。全机变频，一键启动，具有省人工，省能耗，产量高，速度快，质量可靠的特点。

化纤被子生产线组成：

一、成卷切割

①气压式切边刀或电动飞刀切边

②电热丝横切装置或电动飞刀横切装置

③机械式记数或电动脉冲记数

④被动与主动成卷、速度记长任意设定

⑤适用于非制造布生产线后道切边、记数、成卷

 Cutting and Rolling Machine

③Machanical counting or photoelectrity pulse counting.

④Passive and positive coiling, speed length set wantonly.

⑤Applicable to the cutting, counting, coiling of producing of non-woven fabrics.

二、采用PLC编程控制

采用PLC编程控制，每小时可生产被褥60条，设备占地小，工艺流程短，操作简单；

床上用品填充料160kg/h。开松→给棉→梳理-→铺网→设长拉断→套装全过程每小时可填充料160kg。

Using PLC programmable control, equipment, small footprint, short process flow,simple operation, can produce 60 hours per hour bedding.

From the opening, feeding, carding, web design, the whole process to suit longbreak every hour flling material 160kg.
